It’s rare to receive 5-star service in Boston. As a partner with Liberty Mutual, my insurance agency, I was connected with Hicks Auto Body this month for body damage to my Honda Fit. Willie Hicks, the owner, provided service over and above what I was expecting. When I arrived, he promptly greeted me, explained the work that was going to be done, offered me a history and tour of the business, and even introduced me to his father, the founder of the company 44 years ago.
With my car at the shop, I left with a thoughtful gift bag and was given a ride to work across town, early in the morning, by a charming chauffer. The following day, my car had been fully detailed and spotless inside and out, and was delivered to me before the workday was over. In fact, they were able to bring it to me on a flatbed tow-truck during my lunch break!
The entire staff, including Iris who works at the front desk were all very courteous and attentive. Overall, they valued my time, my needs and even ask for my feedback. I feel I’ve discovered a diamond in the rough; I have already recommended them to others!
